Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Third Keyholder in High Point, NC to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and efficiently complete sales.

You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, maintain accurate inventory, manage deliveries and replenishment, and help open/close the store when managers are unavailable. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and a professional store appearance.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (up to 55 lbs occasionally) and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices.
• Greet and assist customers, answering inquiries.
• Increase basket size through suggestive selling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves.
• Open/close store in absence of store manager.
• Follow company policies and complete training.
