Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug stores is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and assist with inventory management.
• Support store operations and help open/close when needed.
• Provide guidance to team members on store operating practices.
• Suggestive selling to increase basket size and promote promotions.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and moving merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
• Support asset protection and maintain safety and security in the store.
• Assist cashiers and provide operational support during shifts.
• Complete training timely and adhere to company policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
