Job summary

Family Dollar in Biloxi, MS is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and efficiently complete sales. You will support store operations, manage inventory, and help with deliveries while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

In the absence of Store Manager, you may open or close the store and supervise cash handling, training, and daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise, and complete sales transactions.
• Open/close store in absence of managers and provide operational assistance.
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and support deliveries and replenishment.
• Provide guidance to team on operating practices and procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness and a positive image with customers and community.
