Job summary

Family Dollar in Holly Springs, MS is seeking a part-time retail associate to provide outstanding customer service, greet shoppers, assist with merchandise and complete sales at the POS.

You will support store operations, help with inventory, deliveries and keep the store clean and well-stocked, including opening/closing duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise selection and location, and complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities, inventory, deliveries and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and positive image with customers and community.
• Open/close duties and provide operational assistance in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
