The role involves preparing daily reports, inspecting donation items for sale, labeling and pricing products, and promoting the development of program participants. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or service is desirable.
• Ability to operate a cash register and provide good customer service.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and POS accurately; perform opening/closing procedures.
• Complete reports such as donation counts, readings, and daily statements.
• Inspect items for sale; sort, tag, price, and prep for resale.
• Support service participants and maintain a safe, tidy work area.
