Ideal candidates have specialty apparel retail management experience, strong multitasking ability, and a passion for fashion trends. Flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team to meet KPIs and company objectives.
• Model selling skills and customer service to inspire loyalty.
• Assist with merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales through product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable and handle flexible scheduling.
