Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada, Inc. seeks a Keyholder to provide secondary support in store operations under supervision of the Store Manager. The role focuses on donations processing, merchandise handling, pricing and ensuring quality customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting in achieving sales goals, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring security and proper cash handling. This is a full-time, on-site position with employee benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in retail.
• Sufficient knowledge of bookkeeping to maintain simple store records.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Ability to operate cash register and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating donations, outlet merchandise and salvage processing.
• Support in ensuring stock rotation, display, signage and inventory control for sales optimization.
• Help meet or exceed store sales goals and provide courteous customer service.
