Job summary

Goodwill Industries® of Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada, Inc. seeks a full-time Keyholder to support daily store operations under the Store Manager.

You will help processing donations, price items, ensure stock rotation, and maintain customer service. The role emphasizes integrity, reliable transportation, and ability to work English communication, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 403(b), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate and ability to read/write English.
• Minimum one year experience in retail field.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping for simple store records.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to perform cash handling and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and separating incoming donations, outlet merchandise and salvage goods.
• Assist in pricing items and ensuring proper stock rotation and signage.
• Support in meeting sales goals and maintaining customer service.
• Open or close the store as scheduled and monitor floor appearance and cleanliness.
• Ensure cash registers, safety systems and incident reports are properly handled.
• Maintain building exterior, parking lot, and store processing areas.
