Job summary

Goodwill Industries Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada, Inc. seeks a Keyholder to support daily store operations, assist donations processing, pricing, and merchandising. You will help maintain inventory, signage, and customer service levels while supporting opening and closing duties.

The role requires integrity, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and at least one year in retail. Strong English communication and reliable transportation are essential for this full-time position in California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• At least 1 year of retail experience requested.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Must be 18+ and able to read/write English.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing donations, outbound merchandise and salvage goods.
• Assist in sorting, pricing, and displaying items for sale.
• Support stock rotation, signage and inventory levels to boost sales.
• Help ensure shop meets sales goals and provides quality service.
• Support opening/closing of the store as scheduled.
• Maintain floor, registers, and customer service areas in good order.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in all store areas.
