Dry Goods USA is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences in Coralville, IA. You will lead by example, greet customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain an exciting, clean store environment.

Responsibilities include unpacking stock, displaying merchandise, training new hires, and opening/closing the store. Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend shifts with opportunities for growth in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with shoppers
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers
• Help open/close store and handle shift requirements
• Unpack stock and keep displays tidy and inviting
• Assist with training new hires and onboarding

Responsibilities

• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
