Dry Goods is seeking a Keyholder to support store leadership with daily operations and deliver one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, product knowledge, and an inviting in-store experience.

You will greet customers, assist with sales goals, help maintain appearance, assist with training, and handle opening/closing duties while flexible to day, evening, and weekend shifts in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
