Job summary

Dry Goods seeks a capable Keyholder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain a clean, visually compelling store environment.

As a key member of the team, you will greet customers, drive sales, train new hires, and assist with opening and closing the store. Shifts include day, evening, and weekend hours, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail preferred).
• Ability to greet customers and build rapport.
• Willingness to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Develop relationships to grow your business.
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Assist with new hire training.
• Open and close the store for business.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
