Job summary

This part-time Keyholder role at US POLO ASSN. is an on-site position based in Paramus, NJ. The Keyholder is responsible for opening and closing the store, securing the premises, and ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include supporting retail sales on the floor, greeting customers, offering product recommendations, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role also involves maintaining visual standards, handling basic cash register operations, restocking merchandise, and assisting in loss prevention efforts. The Keyholder serves as a resource for team members during shifts, helping to resolve customer issues and escalating concerns to store leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities.
• Retail Sales experience with a focus on achieving sales goals and supporting store performance.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Solid Product Knowledge or willingness to learn brand and merchandise details to guide customer decisions.
• Previous retail or keyholder experience preferred, including basic cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
