Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Bonpoint SoHo. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a vital and central role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

As a Key Holder, you are eligible for commission as well as your hourly rate.

Duties and Expectations

1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, meet sales goals
2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints gracefully and with a luxury approach in mind
3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment and allocation of goods
4. Manage cash handling procedures such as opening and closing of the register and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
5. Conduct regular audits to maintain store cleanliness, organization, stock, and visual merchandising standards
6. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
7. Collaborate with the store manager to maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Key Holder or similar role in a retail environment
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Preferred but not required: Luxury experience as well as childrenswear acquaintance and proficiency
5. Multi-language proficiency is a plus
6. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software such as Y2
7. Exceptional phone and clienteling etiquette for customer inquiries and interactions
