Job summary

Linked, LLC in Fraser, MI is seeking an experienced Keyence Inspector to perform dimensional and quality inspections in a precision manufacturing environment. You will operate Keyence inspection systems and verify parts meet engineering and customer specifications while collaborating with quality, engineering, and production teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Keyence experience, GD&T proficiency, and the ability to read blueprints and document results accurately.

Qualifications

• Keyence experience is REQUIRED.
• GD&T experience is REQUIRED.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience performing dimensional inspections and layouts.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Manufacturing or CNC machining environment experience preferred.
• Vision inspection systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, CPK, or other quality tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with teams.
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program Keyence equipment to perform dimensional inspections.
• Inspect components against drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Use Keyence vision and measurement systems to verify dimensions.
• Record and document inspection results accurately.
• Analyze measurement data and identify quality issues.
• Communicate findings with quality, engineering, and production teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of quality issues.
• Support calibration and verification of inspection equipment.
• Maintain inspection records and a clean, organized area.
• Follow all quality and safety procedures.
