The inspector will perform inspections on precision machined components and work in high-throughput environments, completing 200 to 400 inspections within a 4-hour period. Experience with the Keyence vision system will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on precision machined components.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and standards, including GD&T.
• Measure features using traditional tools such as height gauges.
• Utilize portable CMMs and optical comparators.
• Support and mentor other inspectors as needed.
• Program and operate Hexagon Faro Arm.
• Maintain high throughput, completing 200 to 400 inspections within a 4-hour period.
