Qualifications

• 2 years in dimensional or related quality inspection roles.
• Experience inspecting precision-machined components preferred.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and measurement techniques.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment and CMM/Keyence systems.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and ERP software.
• Good communication and teamwork with production and quality teams.
• Ability to document quality concerns clearly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspection of precision-machined components.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
• Use standard inspection equipment and precision measuring instruments.
• Perform basic programming/operation of CMM and/or Keyence systems.
• Assist with gage calibration and maintain calibration records.
• Complete COCs and final inspection documentation for customer packages.
• Prepare components for First Article Inspection reports.
• Record NCRs, customer returns, and vendor returns as needed.
• Support internal audits and quality system activities with the QA team.
• Communicate inspection findings to managers and shop floor personnel.
• Maintain organized inspection records and documentation.
