Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. in Key West seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations, staffing, billing and core functions of the Florida Keys site.

The role ensures accurate duties, timely reporting, and ongoing alignment with policy standards. You will review reports, present findings to AVP/Director, conduct monthly staff meetings, manage scheduling and front desk tasks, monitor Kronos overtime, and ensure compliance while supporting continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 4 years of leadership experience and 3 years of departmental staff management preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Florida Keys practice to ensure accuracy of duties.
• Reviews Billing, Collection, and financial reports; presents findings to AVP and Director.
• Prepares monthly operation summaries for leadership review with physicians.
• Conducts monthly staff meetings; communicates policy changes and directives.
• Manages scheduling, front desk, insurance verification, and billing functions.
• Monitors Kronos overtime and attendance; ensures policy compliance.
• Maintains physician time off and on-call schedules; supports Payroll processes.
