Keys Medical Group is seeking a Director of Practice Management to oversee physician practices within the healthcare system. This onsite role in Key West, FL requires leadership of operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality patient care and sustainable financial performance.

The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians and hospital leadership, with opportunities for strategic growth and improved patient access across managed practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3‑5 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for physician practice operations, ensuring efficient workflows and staffing.
• Manages financial performance, including budgeting, billing, collections, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Develops and implements business plans for practice expansion and operational improvements.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and privacy protections across practices.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to enhance access and provider satisfaction.
• Oversees strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for growth opportunities.
