Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations or related field.
• Supervisory responsibilities and shift coverage experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Office leadership and other departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering).
• Provide strong lobby presence and support to front desk agents and guests.
• Manage front office and F&B shift coverage; balance inventory.
• Ensure lobby, mezzanine and F&B areas meet standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee Nor1 upsell program and handle guest requests and complaints.
• Perform night audit functions and produce related reports.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; participate in MOD coverage as needed.
