Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Key Management Infrastructure Operating Account (KOA) Clerk in Coronado, CA. The role supports administrative duties for CAMs and COMSEC operations, including handling Top Secret KEYMAT materials and related documentation.

Ideal candidates will possess an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and at least 3 years of EKMS or KMI experience, with strong attention to detail for inventory, page checks, and software/firmware updates.

Qualifications

• IAT level I security knowledge required.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 3 years in Electronic KEYMAT Management System (EKMS) or KMI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine administrative duties and file maintenance for CAMs.
• Maintain TPI requirements after security containers containing Top Secret KEYMAT are opened.
• Assist in page checks and entering amendments/corrections to pubs.
• Accompany/assist COMSEC personnel when picking up from CMIO or courier.
• Assist in packaging/shipping of radios for repair/return.
• Sign receipt, inventory, and destruction reports as witness only.
• Prepare paperwork for inventories and inspections.
• Assist in software/firmware updates.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Assist with execution of routine administrative duties and assist CAMs with general file maintenance.
• Maintain TPI requirements after security containers containing Top Secret KEYMAT have been opened.
