Job summary

KBR is seeking a COMSEC Key Management Operator to support secure keying material handling, distribution, and archival duties in a high-security environment. You will work closely with government customers to ensure compliance and mission readiness in a SETA role.

The position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, at least 5 years of COMSEC experience, and strong knowledge of key management systems. Location is on-site with limited travel as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain KMI operations and distribution suite.
• Support the ordering, distribution, control, and accountability of cryptographic keying material.
• Archive historical documents.
• Update systems and databases with pertinent information.
• Execute work orders for COMSEC keying material.
• Assist with COMSEC account management.
• Upload audit trails as requested by field users.
• Participate, as requested, in groups looking at future key management architectures.
• Advise customer on COMSEC policy.

In this SETA role, you will use your expertise to maintain COMSEC in a Communications Directorate. A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government.
