Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a team as well as independently.
• Sense of urgency and follow-through are essential.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the E.C.E.T. (Every Customer, Every Time) process with every customer interaction.
• Be customer ready on the sales floor.
• Assist in training and coaching peers; participate in daily huddles.
• Open and close the store; protect assets and ensure security.
• Lead inventory management and accountability; oversee stock and back room.
• Maintain merchandising standards and update planograms; oversee displays.
• Address pricing accuracy and communicate promotions to customers.
• Greet customers and respond to inquiries; cross-sell related items.
• Support store management with handling shipments and receiving.
• Collaborate with management to drive sales and store performance.
