Qualifications

• 3–4 years prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Dynamic interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to support brand goals.
• Develop sales techniques relevant to the market.
• Establish and maintain client-base.
• Leverage company tools and strategies to meet sales goals.
• Coach team on the sales floor with feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure store operations and stock management are on track.
• Be present as a Theory Brand Ambassador to customers.
