Clothes Mentor, LLC. in Peoria, IL, is seeking a Key Holder to lead daily store operations and a busy, friendly sales floor. You will guide a team of associates, ensure great customer experiences, and partner with the store manager on merchandising and promotions.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and achieving sales and inventory targets in a women’s fashion resale environment. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in women's fashion.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and retail software.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and some holidays, with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to hit sales and inventory targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Conduct staff training on product knowledge, buying processes and sales techniques.
• Analyze operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management and replenishment.
• Collaborate with the store manager on promotional strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
