Clothes Mentor in Springfield, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy women's fashion resale store. You will manage daily operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and inventory control.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems and retail software. A dedication to fashion and a collaborative work environment are part of our culture with

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff training on product knowledge, inventory acquisition (buying) and sales techniques.
• Analyze operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
