Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder dedicated to building lasting guest relationships through outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

You will guide customers, share product knowledge across private labels and brands, and coach teammates on selling skills and store procedures while supporting daily operations until close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree helpful but not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service and problem resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
