KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dedicated Retail Team Member to support customer service, cashier transactions, stocking, and store presentation. The role works with the Retail Management team to ensure efficiency and a welcoming shopping environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. Availability for Saturdays and flexible shifts is required to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Management with register transactions and payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Maintain high customer service standards and a positive shopping experience.
• Help stock shelves, organize clothing racks, and keep store presentation inviting.
• Support daily operations and delegate tasks with the Retail Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Model and reinforce KARM Stores’ mission and values while being trustworthy and teachable.
