Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking a helpful Retail Associate to support the Retail Management team with daily register transactions and customer service. You will help maintain store standards and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will also assist with stocking shelves, supporting team growth, and modeling the organization’s mission of Reveal, Tell, & Provide. A commitment to our mission and English proficiency are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with a strong command of English.
• Commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.
• Computer skills: typing and web browsing.
• Ability to interpret and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Management team in register transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Help establish and maintain customer service standards to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist store staff with stocking shelves and clothing racks to maximize shopping opportunities.
• Model the organization’s mission and core values in interactions with staff, donors, and customers.
