Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Store Leader to supervise retail operations at KARM Stores, overseeing cash and card payments, refunds, and all POS functions to ensure accurate and secure transactions.

You will lead and train staff in stocking and customer service, manage deposits and daily reporting, and handle store administration with high organization and integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral.
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and equip team in retail operations and cash handling.
• Train staff on stocking, POS, and customer service.
• Complete accurate financial reporting and bank deposits.
• Manage administrative needs: schedules, logs, documentation.
• Communicate with Director of Operations on store issues and wins.
