Job summary

KARM Stores in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a motivated retail team member to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will handle register transactions, cash handling, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and floor standards, partner with leadership on priorities, and help train new team members. You will complete daily sales reports and deposits while upholding our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail, leadership or customer service.
• Proficient with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including register transactions and cash handling.
• Deliver friendly customer service to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining sales floor standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities on the floor.
