Job summary

KARM Stores in Athens, TN is seeking a reliable Keyholder to support the Retail Management team with register transactions, stock duties, and customer service excellence. The role requires 18+ and includes weekend shifts, with store hours 9am–9pm and Sundays off.

You will help maintain store presentation, delegate tasks with the Retail Manager, and embody the mission of Trustworthiness, Team-Mindedness, and Teachable Spirit.

• Assist with register transactions and ensure accuracy and security.
• Maintain customer service standards aligned with the company mission.
• Support daily operations by stocking shelves and arranging clothing racks.
• Assist in delegating tasks and supporting team productivity with the Retail Manager/Assistant Manager.

Store hours are 9a - 9p.
