Job summary

The Normal Brand in Denver is seeking a hands‑on Keyholder to support store leadership and daily operations. You will motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced fashion retailer.

You will lead by example, train staff on product knowledge, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a welcoming, energetic store environment. This role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion/apparel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team to achieve goals.
• Experience with inventory and loss prevention is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Our retail brick-and-mortar store in Denver is hiring and we want a hard working, personable, goal-oriented Keyholder. The store is an experience where a clean, enjoyable, and fun environment is of utmost importance.
