Job summary

A growing apparel company is seeking Keyholders for their new store in Franklin, TN. The ideal candidates are hardworking and personable, able to inspire teams while maximizing sales and creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Retail management experience and knowledge of Shopify are beneficial. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
• Must maintain flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Facilitate retail sales and maximize revenue.

Overview

The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 600 stores in the US. We're opening a new store at CoolSprings Galleria and we need hardworking, personable, goal-oriented Keyholders. Each store is a unique experience where a clean, high energy, and fun environment is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities

• "Our goal is to make peoples' day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!"
• Inspire and lead team to deliver an excellent customer experience and revenue
• Facilitate retail sales and suggestive sell to maximize revenue
• Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue
• Monitor sell through on sales floor and replenish as needed
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards
• Educate and train team on product knowledge
• Support Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on initiatives
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
• Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication
• Responsible for securing store

Requirements
