KARM Stores is seeking a Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations, lead the sales floor, and act as the Manager on Duty. You’ll drive sales, ensure policy compliance, and protect assets while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

You will oversee cash handling, train team members, and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects KARM Stores’ mission and values. This role requires flexibility and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail leadership or as a key holder required.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with iPad-based technology and apps for daily operations.

The Retail Key Holder supports the daily success of the store by leading operations during assigned shifts, serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Shifts may include evenings or Saturdays based on operational needs.. Attendance at required meetings, events, and training as scheduled.
