Le Labo in Williamsburg, Brooklyn seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and smooth store operations. You'll lead by example, handle cash reconciliations, and participate in opening/closing on a rota basis.

This role offers growth into a supervisory path within a prestige beauty leader. Ideal candidates have retail cosmetics experience, strong service skills, and comfort with retail hours, including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient running of the Store.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and rotate opening/closing the store as needed.
• Assist with coaching and mentoring sales staff to reach targets.
• Handle retail hours including nights, weekends, and events in a fast-paced environment.
