FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a dependable Key Holder to open and close the Quick Oil Change center. You will support daily operations, lead the team, and ensure efficient, friendly service while handling basic vehicle services and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in service or retail helps, automotive is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, dependability and integrity are essential.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn is required.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the start and end of shifts.
• Manage deposits and secure cash in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Ensure cash safety and proper store safe closure per protocols.
• Lead team during daily operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee basic oil changes and vehicle checks.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Report anomalies to Center Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Escalate safety or policy concerns to District Manager if needed.
• Train and mentor new employees and ensure policy compliance.
