Job summary

You will manage opening/closing, assist with floorset, mentor associates, and uphold policies while delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate customer situations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences with product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for associates.
• Handle opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipments.
• Assist with floorset, visuals, and marketing placement.
