Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to help drive store performance through hands-on leadership and a strong customer focus. You will support selling initiatives, coach teammates, and ensure top-notch store execution with our brand standards.

In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, open/close routines, and uphold safety while delivering memorable guest experiences and promoting our products with confidence and heart.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused selling with a track record of strong guest experiences.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and openness to feedback.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Model selling behaviors and product knowledge to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set daily goals for the team and manage opening/closing routines.
• Coordinate bank deposits, shipments, and disseminate company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
