Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Toledo, OH to open and close the store, manage cash, and assist customers while upholding our service standards.

You will support sales through promotions, operate the POS system accurately, and help maintain an organized, inviting environment that encourages repeat visits and positive shopping experiences for all customers. Qualifications

• One year of retail experience (or related field) required.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated, passionate about work, optimistic and solution-oriented.
• High integrity, accountability, reliability, and openness to feedback.
• Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards and engages customers.
• Receive and place new shipments and reset features and promotions.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled and prepare cash bank/deposits.
