Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder for its River Oaks location to partner with the Store Management team in delivering extraordinary customer service and upholding brand standards. The role supports daily operations and may supervise Sales Associates as needed.

Responsibilities include shift coverage with the Store Manager, modeling our selling approach, maintaining store cleanliness and visuals, and driving toward sales goals. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder; lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Responsabilités

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage; may supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the company’s selling model confidently.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Understand sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
