What You’ll Do:

As a Key Holder/Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role by:

• Managing and Leading Staff on Shift: Oversee daily store operations, provide direction to team members, and ensure smooth workflow during your shift.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting the perfect products and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Staying Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest in the liquor industry and share your expertise with both customers and the team.
• Ensuring Store Excellence: Oversee and maintain product inventory; restock and merchandise products on store shelves to create visually appealing displays; organize and stock day-to-day deliveries; maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Supporting E-commerce Operations: Prepare online orders for customer pick-up and delivery.
