We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Liquor Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. Requirements
  • Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, sales transactions, and customer service standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train store staff. Schedule and supervise employees, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for alcohol sales. Educate and enforce policies related to age restrictions and responsible service.
  • Financial Management: Monitor cash handling, deposits, and store expenses. Work within budget constraints and analyze financial data to improve profitability.
Qualifications
