Boot Country is seeking a Key Holder to support daily store operations and lead by example in a fast-paced retail setting on Broadway. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.

The ideal candidate brings 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset for career growth in retail management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team success.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable wearing western boots while working.
• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology.

Position Overview

As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You’ll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures.
