Job summary

Boot Factory Outlet in Orlando is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and security while exemplifying leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team success.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable wearing western boots while working.
• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology.
