Job summary

Boot Factory Outlet in the United States is seeking a Key Holder to join our fast-paced retail team. You will help lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to move and merchandise up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team success.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable wearing western boots while working.
• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology.
