Job summary

Everything But Water, the leading specialty retailer of women’s swimwear and resortwear in the US, is seeking a Key Holder to partner with Store Management to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. You will assist with shift coverage, supervise associates, and maintain store presentation while driving sales performance.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail sales experience, 1 year of supervisory exposure, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage; supervise Sales Associates when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using the company selling model and ensure brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and visual presentation to meet brand expectations.
• Support achievement of sales goals by aligning behaviors with targets.

Position Location: Park MeadowsThe Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service.
