Job summary

Everything But Water in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Key Holder to partner with Store Management to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure brand standards. You will support coverage, mentor Sales Associates, and help meet daily and seasonal sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and offers benefits including 401(k) participation and merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb a ladder, and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and shift coverage.
• Supervise Sales Associates and support daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the store.

Position Location: University Town CenterThe Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service.
