Job summary

Everything But Water seeks a Key Holder to partner with Store Management and lead by example in customer-focused selling. You will help manage shift coverage, supervise Sales Associates, and uphold brand standards in cleanliness and presentation across the store.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, driving sales goals, and maintaining the company’s standards during daily operations at our Indianapolis location.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage.
• Occasionally supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service following the company's selling model.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Demonstrate understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.

Position Location: Fashion Mall at KeystoneThe Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service.
