Job summary

Everything But Water, the leading specialty retailer of women’s swimwear and resortwear in the US, is seeking a Key Holder at Bellevue Square. You will work with the Store Management team to create a customer-centric environment and support brand standards and daily operations.

You will supervise sales associates when needed, deliver outstanding service, and help meet sales goals while maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for eight hours, climbing a ladder, and lifting at least 10 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner

Job description

Position Location: Bellevue Square The Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service. Partnering with all Associates to support the Company’s customer service model, brand standards and operations is expected.

• Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00
